News broke on Christmas Evening that Paramount was in negotiations with Hasbro to produce a Power Rangers movie and a possible animated series. This news comes from Daniel Ritchman, DanielRPK on X, a known movie insider who has in the past been accurate with some Marvel and DC insider news, and some that weren’t so accurate.
Although many question the validity of this news, it does line up with Hasbro’s media plan for Power Rangers to find another studio to take over any possible movies or TV shows. Many fans now speculating what the deal could look like or possibly include media rights for Power Rangers.
