Marvel seems to be giving The Fantastic Four the royal treatment as they hosted a trailer launch event early Tuesday morning to celebrate the premiere of ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’ trailer for the world to see.
The lead cast all showed up as if it were a red carpet event with Pedro Pascal (Reed Richards/ Mister Fantastic), Vanessa Kirby (Sue Storm/ The Invisible Woman), Joseph Quinn (Johnny Storm/ The Human Torch), and Ebon Moss-Bachrach (Ben Grimm/ The Thing) meeting with fans, doing interviews, and overall seemed to be having fun.
The trailer debuted to mixed reviews by some either praising or critizing the look of The Thing with half saying it looked comic accurate and the other half saying the CGI looked cheap. The movie definitely has a retro yet futuristic vibe going on that will be a breath of fresh air from the streamlined Marvel properties of late. You can watch the full trailer below:
